Comment: We had an outdoor bar counter, fireplace harth and mantel made out of stained cement. It turned out great and Robert was very professional and nice. There were some challenges but Robert worked through them and the everything looks great - even the neighbors love it. We would highly recommend Dalworth and Robert. Thank you for all the hard work!!

Comment: The only reason I clicked FAIR on price is that I needed only spot treatment in one room; I expected the price to be higher since it included a trip charge. We had all the rooms cleaned just a few months ago (June) so we didn't need additional cleaning. The original price in June for 3 bedrooms and a closet was very reasonable. Thanks.

Comment: I was a little unhappy that the first person you sent to my home on Tuesday could not complete the work. When I scheduled, I was told this would be the case. Instead, I had to reschedule for Friday which did not make me happy.

Comment: I was very pleased with your service. I received a call at 12:30 p.m.telling me that the technician was ahead of schedule (they were scheduled for 2-4 p.m.) and asked if he could come immediately. I explained that I had just sat down to eat my lunch and could they wait until 1:00 p.m. They agreed, and the technician was at my door at precisely 1:00 p.m. He came in, explained what he was going to do and asked questions about furniture moves. I gave him information on what was to be moved and what was not. He told me what things he could move and what he could not (beds, dressers, etc.). I made it clear that I didn't need him to clean under these heavier pieces. He jumped into the job and was done within an hour. I inspected his work and determined that it was an excellent job. After the cleaning, he offered me the option to treat with Scotch Guard and I determined that would be a good idea. He then applied the SG, I signed the papers and he left. Everything was put back into place where it should be and the carpet is beautiful. Thanks for a job well done. I'll definitely use you guys again!

Comment: The technician was very conscious of any spots that needed treating and those areas that that had a track of more soiled carpet just due to traffic flow. We just had our condos walls & ceilings retextured and painted, plus new floors in the kitchen and bath. We thought we would get the carpet cleaned and see how it looked before buying new. It was still drying when I left for the weekend, but it was looking great! I think it was dollars very worth spending. Gee, I may get my carpet cleaned more often!

Comment: Craig was one of the BEST technicians that I have ever had!! If you look at my file (if you keep them) you would see that I have had Dalworth come out to my home approximatly 30-40 times over the years. He was FAST, EFFICIENT, and my favorite part is that he didn't feel the need to be too "talkative" or "over-friendly" like many service-men/women tend to be. I love his professionalism!! Please tell him that we sure enjoyed having him and would welcome him again!! You can tell he is a hard worker!
