Comment: We have an rv and the only improvement in your service would be to educate your phone representatives on what an rv is, As this is a way of life for a lot of people. She kept saying we were in a "trailer park".,Which is insulting. Almost made me change my mind on using your service. But your technicians were so good it made up for your phone rep

I remember for the size of the house, the price was very good. They were very professional and found out what they needed to do. They went right to work and just cleaned everything. I would absolutely use them again in the future. Description of Work: I used Dalworth for doing my carpets. I was moving out of a big house and they did the move out cleaning.

Comment: The technician was excellent! The last two times Dalworth cleaned my carpets it took 3 days for it to dry completely. The technician told me they used too much water, and assured me this wouldn't happen again. He was right!! The carpet is fluffy again, and the high traffic areas have more spring. I will see how it wears over the next few days/weeks, but today it looks and feels great.

Comment: We moved into our house a yr ago and were told the carpets had been cleaned...I don't think so! I'm 9 months pregnant and wanted our carpets to be practically brand new without having to spend the thousands of dollars to do it. My husband was singing the Dalworth song (haha) and that next day I received a coupon in the mail for clean 3 rooms get 1 free. They allowed me to do my walk in closet as my fourth room and I was alittle skeptical...spending so much $$, I've never had my carpets cleaned so I honestly didn't know what to expect. My phone rep was amazing (Chelsea) and Marcus (carpet tech) was very prof and showed up on time. I had spots, stains n all 3 rooms & in the master we had hi traffic dark streaks and it just looked horrible. I was SHOCKED at the results!!!! My carpets b4 were a dark beige...they are almost WHITE! my husband came home and was so surprised...he didn't think our carpets were in that good of shape!!!! Neither did I! All stains, spots and streaks removed. There was never an odor in the house...but it smells fresh now and our carpet FEELS fantastic!!! Thank u Dalworth for coming and giving us brand new carpets for a fraction of the cost ??

Comment: I am not sure that this is even part of my service but I've had my carpet cleaned many times and every time he puts protectors under my couch and rakes the carpet after he is done. My tech did not do this until he was asked to. The drying time could've been greatly reduced had he moved the fan in the living room. It was one that pointed straight down and under it was dry but the rest of the room not. He was a man of very few words.
