Comment: What wonderful telephone personel and the technician was absolutelly thourough and professional what an outstanding job.. The price was a little high for me as I am low income and the space is less than 600 sq ft. but it was well worth it...Thank you and I will want the same tech out in 6 months time again

Comment: Jose was really really nice. I started to order my service online, but there was a glitch with getting the dates I needed - so I completed the order via phone with Melissa (who was also very nice). I had to make adjustments to the level of cleaning service (from premium to basic) and number of rooms based on the onsite actual costs once Jose arrived in order to stay within my budget. He had a really kind attitude and the cleaning service was exactly what we needed. Everything turned out great and we were very very pleased. Thanks.

Comment: Technician came alone and did not have enough time to complete all the requested services. We asked for a quote for an area rug and shower grout cleaning with the intent of having these done. The technician ran out of time to clean the shower grout. We would like to reschedule for this service to be performed.

Comment: I SPOKE WITH AN EXCELLENT LADY WHO SAVED MY DAY..I HAD HIRED ANOTHER COMPANY AND THEY DIDNT SHOW UP AND SHE GOT ME WORKED IN. TECH WAS DRESSED VERY NICE. HIS ATTITUDE WAS GREAT..ALL OF THE STAINS CAME OUT. HE CLEANED AN EXTRA RUG IT WAS A VER RESONABLE PRICE.

I had Dalworth come in and clean two couches for me one of which came from a household with 3 cats. After the man finished, it looked and smelled brand new! Not a single hair on it. I wish I would have known they offered this service years ago. The lady I made the reservation with was really nice, she walked me through the whole quote. I asked if there was any way to lower it and she let me know that if my unit is on the 2nd floor, there's a $20 charge for having a portable unit in which they get the water from the bathtub. All in all, it was a great experience. It took the guy about 3 hours total to load in, vacuum the two large couches, clean them, and load his stuff back out. I even had to leave early to pick up a friend at the airport so I left him there alone which is ok because they are bonded and insured.
