Comment: No response needed from Dalworth. The only thing that was objectionable was the smell of the exhaust from the van during cleaning. The door had to remain partially open for the hose. This had nothing to do with the technician; I didn't even mention it to him. Next time, I think I'll try the dry cleaning method that Dalworth offers; perhaps it won't require an engine to run during the cleaning process. I am very pleased. The carpets look great; I received an estimate for our Persian rugs. I will call Dalworth the next time I need cleaning. Thank you!

Comment: We had wanted the kitchen floor grout cleaned also, and he tried diligently with a wonderful attitude. He explained that it was a condition that could not be resolved with just chemical after trying 3 different ones. PLEASE give him HIGHEST commendations for a job well done and an attitude that every company should seek to find in their technicians.

Comment: Very happy with everything! Great job :) only complaint would be the pricing on wool rug, seemed to be pretty much the same process as cleaning the carpets but priced way above ($180 for 12*15 rug on tile floor)
