Comment: Very friendly and professional person that did our carpets.

We had one room that was extremely bad with pet urine due to a bladder infection. When Dalworth came to clean the carpets, the technician said we really needed to replace the padding and treat the concrete floor. We scheduled him to come back and do that treatment for us. He arrived right on time and took care of everything. Room and carpet look so much better! Description of Work: Replaced carpet padding, pet treatment and rug cleaning

Comment: The site is not clear that the day and time you selected are not necessarily what you selected.. A call from the scheduler's was required to complete the order. It was only after that I noticed that the date and time were not on my "completed" order that I printed. I intentionally selected the day when Technician's would be in my neighborhood online and found that I clearer process would be to ask the customer to "Select the most convenient time for you. You will receive a phone call between XXX and YYY to finalized your appointment." I understand that you cannot allow the customer to select the exact time and date and maintain any reasonable use of your resources so do not give the customer the idea he has any more control of the appointment than he actually has.

Comment: I tried to place me order online but the site stated that I could not place my order on the desired date and time that I wanted.I called then and talked to the Cust Service rep and she stated that the site recognizes all territories and not STEVE FRANKLINS schedule individually...which she could do and we were able to book a time...Your site is probably losing biz for you guys...because a lot of time we(customers) need it done quickly.

Comment: OMG, our technician did an amazing job!!! We have 2 large dogs, and needless to say, they wreak havoc on our carpet and rugs, master bedroom taking the brunt of it. Our technician worked VERY hard and got our carpet looking new again! I am extremely pleased with the service; however, most importantly, my husband is extremely pleased! We will definitely use DalWorth in the future and request the same technician!
