Comment: We had buckling which has not resolved itself. It buckled while technician was there. Would have been nice to have him offer and provisionally schedule a restretch. I know buckling is not Dalworth's fault - as long as they didn't use too much water - but no harm in offering service which you offer. The carpet was buckled on departure and buckled further later in the day.

Comment: Kermit was very polite and thorough. I really appreciate his cleaning under the beds. No one has ever done that before. The one negative is a cola stain in the family room that is still visible. Can it not be removed?

Comment: Very quick and my carpets cleaner than I expected. Rita was very nice and I would use them again.

Had them come out and clean out our dryer ducts which run through the roof. The service tech was very professional and they showed up on time. Very satsified.

Comment: Jenny in customer service was very friendly and helpful. She saw that I was a returning customer but moving so she helped to find the best pricing for us. And got us scheduled for our cleaning on Memorial weekend. Thank you Jenny. Richard Hern was our tech. He is very nice and professional.. Richard has cleaned for us before.. Comment: I paid extra for furniture moving but only one technician came for my small job so not all furniture was moved. That was okay, but I should not have been charged extra for furniture moving.

Comment: The service technician was only 30 minutes late due to traffic so it was excusable. The only issue I had was the original quote I had been given over the phone include an extra large room. I told the phone representative very clearly that it was equivalent of two rooms but it was one big "grand" room in the center of my house. She wrote extra large room on the work order, but when the technician saw it he said it was going to have to be billed a two rooms. After calling the office, the service technician said they agreed to match the original price given over the phone. I was very put off by having to deal with this issue especially after being completely up front with the phone representative about the size of the room.

Comment: We did the dry steam clean (paid extra) and the carpets were still wet when the technician left (he did a great job!). He explained the process great, but I feel like your website is a little misleading on what the dry steam is. It talks about using more hot water to get a better clean and there is no drying time. The technician explained it as just using extra fans to dry it for 15 minutes. I feel like your website is misleading as to what the dry steam is. Overall, the technician was great and the carpets are soft and clean.

Comment: I had asked that they be able to stay and complete the work if after quote I decided to go ahead and initially was told they were not able to but when he alled back in they rearranged and I very much appreciated it as I was off work in case and did decide to go ahead. Bonny was great.
