Comment: I still have trails from heavy travel that came back once it was dry, I'm really not happy with my job it was 260.00 and I know I had heavy travel trails and told that to the gal that called, not sure what happened. would love to have that portion re-done...I can't call from work.. Becky

Comment: This time the carpets were stiff and the raking marks were difficult to get out. Plus alot of soiling did not come out like it usually does. The boys warned me that it might not come up but I was surprised. This treatment was just different chemically/process wise

Comment: Excellent serviceman; very accommodating since my power was out when he arrived. He worked on stains from my cat throwing up hairballs, but some of the stains are still there after cleaning. I was concerned since it took so long for the carpets to dry that we might be doing harm to the padding underneath. I am debating about calling the serviceman back out to try again on the stains, but I have out of town company arriving so will probably miss the 10 day opportunity I had.

Comment: Phone representative was fast professional and overall knew what she was doing. Technician called before as asked, and was fast and did a great job. Side note on the survey, I really don't know if the price is good or not cause I have no need to price others. I also feel slightly uncomfortable describing the appearance of another man.

Comment: Initially I could not get appointment for same week. I scheduled for following week. My appointment time was 8-8:30, and technicians arrived about 0835. I can understand That traffic can be a problem. Technicians were professional, polite and efficient. Job was completed in about an hour. I initially called in at 0740 to let the office know I was at home and to check on arrival time. She told me it would be 0815-0820. I asked again if they would call, and she said yes. No call received, but technicians arrived at about 0835.

Comment: Juan was really pleasant and honest. My carpets were in pretty bad shape. Was hoping to get tile cleaned same day, but will have to wait til next time, due to cost. Tile is pretty dirty too!! But all in all, excellent service. Only thing that was not perfect is that I did not receive the notification call 30 minutes ahead of time. I have three dogs, so it was somewhat crazy when Juan showed up at front door!! I would have had the dogs outside if I had received the call.

Comment: The service technician, Corey, who cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy going. He did a FANTASTIC job and my husband and I are VERY, VERY happy with the final results. We would definitely want Corey to come back again and take care of us. He is an excellent representative of Dalworth.
