Comment: Our service technician Randy Johnson was great. He was pleasant, considerate, knowledgeable and a very hard worker. He cleaned my rugs like they were his own. I will definitely ask for him next time. About rating your pricing - if we had an average service tech, I would have chosen "Fair," but since the service included Randy's work, I would rate it as a "Good bargain."

Comment: Areas that are frequently walked on appear to be cleaner but still look worn. Are those areas supposed to look "newer" after being cleaned? This is only my first time having ever had carpets professionally cleaned so I am not sure if that is just how it is.

Comment: The tech was very qualified and friendly. We've use several other companies and they did a terrible job. The carpet smelled horrible like they used no shampoo at all. They didn't move the furniture as stated in their ad. I'm disabled and cannot do it myself,being on oxygen and a walker,as if they never noticed. When I questioned them about it, I was told that the pkg we chose didn't include that service,which isn't true. This happened with every company we used except Dalworth. This wasn't in the pkg we could afford so it wasn't an issue. Thank you for being honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable. We wouldn't trust anyone but Dalworth from now on. Have you considered giving even a small discount for disabled customers? Just a thought. We don't expect anything for free. Medical bills are sucking the life out of us and any financial help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Comment: The website offered a 7:30 appointment time which we took. The tech did not arrive until around 9 AM. He told us that was the time he was told to be here and he showed us the info on his cell phone to prove it. I would have been more satisfied if (1) you didn't offer a 7:30 appointment which was definitely not available on the day of our appointment and/or (2) someone would have notified us of late arrival. This is a front office problem and not a tech problem. The tech was very competent and we liked him.

Comment: Everything was wonderful. Randy, the technician was exceptional. However, the carpet was left too wet and would have began to mildew if I had not used my Bissell to remove approximately one gallon of water throughout the house.

Comment: I always love the professionalism and courteousness of the Dalworth team. Alberto was excellent and certainly lived up to the high expectations that we have come to expect from Dalworth. I love how the staff is never pushy but informative and lets us, as the customer, make the decision for what we need cleaned etc. They also, always go above and beyond -- cleaning a small spot that wasn't expected! We do notice and this goes a long way in showing a commitment to customer service and appreciation. I am a Dalworth fan! Kudos to Alberto! He was great!
