Comment: Technicians were very helpful and friendly. Thank you. The only observation was that at first they covered their shoes, but after coming in and out to their truck they did not put on the shoes covers again and that did bother me because their shoes looked very dirty and anyway, that is our household rule, to take off shoes at the entrance.

Comment: Derek & David were very professional. Derek was patient to answer all the questions I had about the care and maintenance of my concrete floors and even emailed a maintenance care sheet once the job was completed. I would definitely use them again.

Comment: The drying time took longer due to it being an extremely humid day with tons of rain!! I put the longest time which was for our master bedroom which didn't have a fan to help it dry quicker. The other rooms were probably done in about 7-8 hours.

Comment: Your Person on the phone was very friendly It would have been nice if she told me I could jut have the air ducts cleaned as I have an air conditioning person for the air conditioner So I feel I paid for more than I needed done. The young men you sent out to the house were a little younger than I expected but I must say they had a great attitude and seemed to know what they were doing. I am a senior person and they were very respectful as for the work they did It's hard to say how good the job was done as I did not follow they around the home but I trust it was done the proper way. I went to dalworth because I felt they had been in business long enough to do this correctly and not be a scam I pray the vents are as clean as they could be. If i had to have the vents cleaned again or was aware of someone needing their vents cleaned I probably would refer them to Dalworth and tell them to ask for Brandon & Chris

Comment: The appointment I had originally thought I had you could not make it and no one called . I was having a party this weekend and was upset that no one called. I called and spoke with Mellisa she apologized and told me She would try to fit me in. I have worked in retail for forty years. You definitely have a great employees not only did she work me in she called and told me Joe would be there by 2:00 PM. He was there on time and worked very hard to get the job complete by 4:00. I have been a customer of Dalworth since 1989. You have always handles any issues that have come up. Instead of being upset at the end of the day you made things right.

Comment: Did take longer than I thought it would take for carpets to dry, especially the hallway. The service technician was excellent in every other aspect of the service visit. Just enough suggestive sales to not be pushy, but very helpful. Great experience and will definitely call Dalworth for the next cleaning.

Comment: I have a cream colored carpet and all the stains are gone. I have used other people before, but never have I seen the results like Dalworth. My kids had stains everywhere and now my carpet looks totally new.
