Comment: I got an email for each room for $29.00 maybe less if I ordered on line. I only got 3 rooms and Stairs and my bill was $163.23 . That is a lot more than 29.00 Per room

Comment: The team that came out to do the work was amazing. I will not use the on-line ever again because I had requested for duct cleaning and it made me think that the price I was quoted was for the carpets and duct cleaning. When the team arrived they did not have this listed and when they called in the lady on the line from Dalworth could not even find my online order and was asking me when I did this---this is bad business

Comment: I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. I checked online for pricing and found there were no appointments for the date I selected. I called and spoke with Melissa. She was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond and was able to send someone out that afternoon between 1 and 3. The technician arrived right at 1pm and was super friendly. My carpet looks great. I have never had my carpets professionally cleaned until now. A few of my friends have used groupon to find cheap deals on carpet cleaning. Although I support entrepreneurship and hope there are enough customers so all can be successful, I have to go with a well established company when inviting them into my home. I have already told a few friends and family members about what a great job y'all did. Thanks again.
