Comment: The technician who did our cleaning was very friendly and personable. He didn't have an issue with my dogs who barked at him most of the time. He thoroughly explained the process of what he was doing to our carpet and what we should and shouldn't do. I have some pretty tough pee stains on my carpet and now they are either completely gone or pretty faded. I am definitely happy with the outcome and will recommend you guys!

Comment: The technician left a few small puddles on the tile in each area cleaned. In the master bath water went under the closet doors onto the carpet inside. Also in the master bath lint and grime was somewhat pushed into the toe space under the vanity and chest of drawers. Of these the only one of some concern was the wet carpet just inside the closets. None of these would keep me from using this same technician again. I would just point out theses areas of concern.
