Comment: The team that came out was very helpful. I believe his name was Tyler (I have his business card at home) and his associate as well. They were both extremely professional and thorough. I was surprised how thorough and detailed they were and really took the extra step and went the extra mile to finish the work, give the stains the attention they needed and to educate me on pet stains and solutions and preventative care. I gave out their names and contact info for future booking with Dalworth to 2 friends of mine because I was so impressed and happy with their service.

Comment: The two average size bedrooms took less time to dry because of the ceiling fans going (8 hrs). However, the master bedroom took at lease 24 hours because there is no ceiling fan in that room. One area in the master bedroom has heavy stains over by the sink area which may have had extra spotting solution applied, but the whole room took a long time to dry. I am very pleased with the end results, the carpet looks great.

Comment: The tech was very nice and on time. He was also very knowledgeable answering all my questions. Very good service. Only downside was how long it took for the carpets to dry since we have small children at home.
