Comment: We were disappointed that the description of the work to be done was about carpets not air duct cleaning, but the work completed seemed to match the verbal description given. I spoke with 2 representatives who each said that we would receive the correct description via email, but that didn't happen.

Comment: Employees on phone and in person were wonderful. Carpets looked great that day. All animals have been contained in the office with no access to cleaned rugs. Today, I see some one the old stains seem to be reappearing. Maybe they were missed with extra spot service I paid for. Not sure but I was much happier when carpet was wet! I would call you back as your service was professional.

I was especially impressed with his careful attention to protecting areas of my home (protectors covering corners where the hoses might touch and scar, picking up after necessary movement of items to do a good job). Comment: The technician also did a small portion of my tiles for free which helped me to determine that I probably need to have my tile re-grouted as the grout lines are very stained and dirty most likely due to the fact the original grout was never properly sealed. I would have been more pleased if you had re-grouting services available or could have provided recommended 3rd parties to do the work. I highly recommend that you consider doing so as it is an option I believe many would consider. Full service is highly appreciated by those of us that are elderly and retired.

Comment: The carpet was very badly stained and the tech did an outstanding job of doing his best to get the stain out , we knew it was impossible but he did a great job with what he had to work with.. Thank him very much.
