Comment: They arrived within the window of time, but closer to the late end. When they did arrive, however, they did a quick, efficient job. Second time we've used Dalworth, and we plan to continue.

Comment: The over the phone service was Excellent and my son said the Service Technician was very nice. I thought the carpet was to be pretreated for stains and in the heavy traffic areas, but honestly, it looks the same. I was not satisfied with the results. Thank you for asking.

Comment: I was going to try Zerorez but I gave up after 1) looking at their website - not user friendly and 2) being on hold for ten minutes, after which I gave up. I appreciate the prompt phone response, George arriving on time, WOOHOO!!!, and the excellent service. Very, very pleased.
