Comment: I wasn't satisfied with the cleaning this time. Also, some areas of the carpet took a lot longer to dry than normal. Also, it wasn't raked afterward. Do you not do that?

Comment: I had 3 smaller spots on my bedroom carpet that looked great after cleaning until after they dried. By the next day, the spots were still there. I realize not every spot may come out, but this was a spot that I never expected to have a problem with.

Comment: chris was very knowledgeable about the wood,stone and carpet to be cleaned. by himself ,he was very organized and proficient he offered tips to make cleaning easier for us. we will make sure to have the carpet cleaned again in 6 months. this should make breathing easier for my husband thanks.

Comment: Frank and son ( I think was his name) were absolutely awesome!!!! They offered fixing a hole in my carpet and It looks excellent. Wish I would have met with Hume earlier because we were so satisfied and excited how great It looks!! The carpet is 6 years old and is very dirty and they really took the time for it to look its best. Awesome looks good!! Also, I had a big coffee and pet stain combined and Frank have me a tip to set paper towels and a book o. The stain & to keep covered for 48 hours. Couldn't believe how much better it looks. Very surprised

Comment: They actually came early which was great. They told me a story about an 85 year old woman who had used Stanley Steamer and she wasnt happy so she called us and she said she was very happy with yall so it makes me very happy to see that they do an excellent job like they said.

Comment: Everything was excellent, positive, A+, etc. until we got to writing the check. When he had to ask for my driver's license (homeowner 20 years, past customer, etc., etc.), I was very annoyed. This policy just bought Dalworth several hundred dollars worth of ill will. Please have a management person in authority to call me. I'd like for you to stay in business, and I'd like to remain a customer. Mr. Flynt

Comment: It would have been nice to get the special coupon for 99 prior to service date but that just didn't happen. The technician was great about explaining things and did a wonderful job.

The carpet dried in a day. They are expensive and not that exceptional. They were double the cost of another service provider we’ve hired since that did equal quality of work. Description of Work: They cleaned probably 4-5 rooms of carpet.

Comment: We have had our carpets cleaned by Dalworth before. This time Derek Rawls came out to do the cleaning. His knowledge of carpets and cleaning made the difference in removal of the stains. Excellent job by Derek. I will ask for him directly in the future.
