Comment: My technician Zoly was excellent. He didn't try and upsell me anything and complimented the condition of my carpet but also educated me on products that can deal with stains from cat and dog urine (different). I don't have cats but do have dogs that don't pee in the house but it was still very informative. Also, he "raked" the carpet to remove dog hair (I did have quite a bit to my surprise) and I had never seen that done before and was very impressed. The carpet looks great and I appreciate all his hard work. Very nice and trustworthy man. I would recommend him for sure!!

Comment: My team of technicians were wonderful! They showed up on time, were honest and up front about what I could expect, and then proceeded to outdo themselves on the cleaning job! We had some horribly pet stained carpets, and these guys made them look wonderful! I consider them my carpet cleaning miracle workers! :)

No extractor was needed. Checked on the progress and were very responsive and professional. Description of Work: Installed temporary humidifier and a huge fan to dry out a carpet leak.
