My old cheap rug had been stored in a cabin in Colorado for 8 years. After moving back to Texas and not knowing what critters had been on or in it, I had Dalworth pick it up for cleaning at their plant, as I didn't want it cleaned on my hardwood floors. When they delivered it, the rug looked fine and is now in my guest room. The only complaint was the cleaning cost more than the rug did when I bought it new! Description of Work: Dalworth picked up my rug, cleaned it at their plant, and delivered it back to me.

Beautiful job and Chris was very professional explaining every step as he went along. Job well cone!!! I was a bit shocked at the price of this service but it is the first I have had my carpet stretched. They arrived on time and were very polite. We moved our furniture ourselves and vacuumed before they arrived. Upon arrival they asked lots of questions and requested a tour of the house and had us point out stains and problem spots. They pretreated the carpets and then performed the cleaning. The entire cleaning took a little over an hour. We had two areas where our Black Lab had several accidents. It smelled pretty bad. Dalworth was upfront about the fact they can get all of the stain out so its safe for our child to play on, but the carpet pad underneath the carpet would still smell. Fortunately for us, the smell disappeared and the stains are definitely gone. Our carpets look and feel great again. We will use them again and again. Description of Work: We had the entire downstairs carpets cleaned, the stairs, and 90% of the upstairs carpet cleaned. We picked the midrange option that doesn't include the fans for fast drying or moving furniture. The carpet dried without the fans in a couple of hours. We had the work done at 8am so by the time our son came home from school the house was dry.

It went very well. I ordered service online and Steve arrived on time to do the work. He was very professional and pleasant. He vacuumed the rooms, moved small items, and placed plastic squares under furniture legs. Then he dry-steam cleaned the carpets, which is supposed to reduce the drying time from 4 hours to 2 hours. I'm not sure the dry-steaming was worth an extra $15 per room, but it probably would've taken longer than 4 hours to dry the other way, with the weather today. Steve did a great job. The work performed was outstanding. This was a very short notice cleaning, that needed to be done the next day. We call several companies and they were the only company that was able to rearrange some appointments to assist with our emergency. My only concern is that no furniture was moved. I called Dahlworth based on recommendations of friends and reviews on Angie's List. The person on the phone was courteous and helpful, explained the cleaning process and the charges and got me scheduled for a rug pickup. The Dahlworth team arrived on time, calling in advance to confirm they were on their way. The men were very courteous and efficient. They wouldn't let me help them move furniture out of the way but insisted that I let them handle it all themselves. They rolled up the rug, neatly folded the carpet pad and replaced the furniture. They both had good humor when my cat got into the middle of the action and decided to play. The rug was returned when expected, also with a confirmation phone call before arriving. Again, the gentlemen were courteous and professional and moved the furntiture, laid the carpet pad, then the carpet, and rearranged the furniture. They answered my questions thoroughly about what had been done and tips for care of the rug. The rug looks new again. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. We haven't used them for 10 years, not because we don't like them just because we haven't needed to. They were very professional, showed up when they should have and are punctual. The person who comes into your home to do the work is usually the person who owns the franchise. It is nice because whoever comes into your home has a vested interest in doing a good job. It is easy to remember their phone number because they have a jingle to help you remember. They seem really trustworthy. They always look nice and neat.
