Company said service person would arrive between 0900 and 1100. Arturo arrived at 0900. He went to work and did a fine job stretching out carpeting that had become lumpy in two rooms and a hallway. Very professional work. Job took just over two hours. He cleaned up leaving no trace of scrap carpet or debris. I had guessed the work would have cost around $300. Turned out the price, including Angie's discount, was $322 so I was satisfied. Paid with a credit card. Description of Work: Stretched out 7-yr old carpeting in two rooms and a hallway.

Dalworth did an excellent job of cleaning our hand-made oriental rug. They came to our home and confirmed the dimensions and were very careful in their handling of the rug. There was some confusionn between their estimator and ourselves and we had to call them several times in order to confirm the price quote for the work. However, once this was settled, they did the work as promised and included some repairs in the quoted price. The rug was bright and clean when returned and we were very pleased with the job they did. Their price was not set. They said the price depends on the day of working which was basically double of the one-day price. They really could not tell me the exact amount. The price was high. I called Dalworth and they sent people to look them over. They noted all imperfections[ loose threads etc.] and offered to clean and fix the rugs.They wrote details about every rug, tagged, rolled and took them to be cleaned. The rugs were brought back in a week and they are beautiful. The colors are vibrant again.I would use Dalworth again and will as soon as the rugs need cleaning.The people they sent were very professional and even moved furniture for me. We've used them for sixteen years and they are fantastic. Couple of years ago when we had a water damage, it was so bad that we were out of our home for three and a half months. It's a couple that run's it and they do fire and water damage restoration that’s associated with carpet cleaning and they also do tile grout. They are just top notch people. They couldn't have improved, it was unbelievable and I'm a pain in the butt to prove previous leads. They didn't mess up the house when they did it and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They left the house in fantastic shape.
