We scheduled our appointment online and they showed-up exactly on time. I was surprised that there was no e-mail or phone call confirmation. I showed them the areas to be cleaned, pointed out some spots that needed extra attention, and they got to work. They were friendly and did a great job. I think the price is a little high, but I know what I'm getting when I use Dalworth.

UPDATED RATING/Review I called Dalworth fine floors to install tile in my bathroom because I had a very good experience when I had my carpets cleaned. When the salesmen came out I was very pleased with the price quoted. There were several hiccups after the install was complete that I had concerns about. I was promptly contacted the next day by the general manager who is addressing all of my concerns and making things right. I have changed my rating to an overall "A" becuase things can and sometimes do go wrong but the true measure of a company is what they will do to make it right. And Dalworth is going out of their way to make it right. I will recommend Dalworth to my friends and neighbors. Description of Work: Install tile in upstairs bathroom.

Just moved into new home they were outstanding, in a day that nothing was going right. They did not turn on the Electrical Power on time the guy from Dalworth was the bright spot, he was on time and did an outstanding job!

The professionalism was an A+!! Oscar and Marcella arrived sharply dressed, smiling, very professional. They went above and beyond to make it a pleasant experience. We purchased a new home and had the carpet cleaned. It smelled great! (I would highly recommend the scent that they offer when they are done--very fresh). They can check to see if an animal has had an accident with their equipment (dogs and cats were previously at the house). I would feel comfortable having them clean even if I was gone--trustworthy, thorough people who take pride in their work. The carpet looks great!

This is our first experience with Dalworth. Our Technicians were fabulous! Michael S. & Dalton P. should be commended for their courteous attitude and professionalism (we will ask for them again). We were very satisfied with Dalworth and will continue to use their services in the future. Best Carpet Cleaners around. We have never had such clean, deodorized carpets from any other service. Description of Work: I had the customer Service agent first quote me a price for my cleaning needs. Then I told them I was an Angie's List Customer (they brought the price down). Next, I scheduled the appointment for a week and a half out and they reduced price even more. They cleaned the entire carpeted areas of our home and 1 very large area rug. I moved a lot of smaller pieces of furniture off the carpeted areas before they arrived to maximize the space to be cleaned. This made it easier for them and I could tell they appreciated it. They were able to remove all stains with the exception of 1 small red spot and 1 small dark spot in a closet (that was in the carpet when we purchased our home 8 years ago).

Both were extremely professional. The airduct tech too videos of each duct and showed exactly which ducts benefited from the cleaning more than others. The estimates were spot on, the work was performed diligently and at the end of the weekend I had nice clean carpets and a fresher home. After the initial cleaning we observed crud along the baseboards in a couple of rooms and a noticeable lack of deodorizing so we called to have them come back. Dalworth has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee - and they really mean it. The scheduler didn't question or argue with us, she simply made an appointment for the next convenient time (the following day). The team arrived on time and explained what they were going to do (again) and went about getting it done. They are professionals so its understandable that they were a little defensive at first about having to re-do a job. But they didn't cop an attitude, they were professional and courteous.
