Comment: I had to change my schedule multiple times and y'all were very accommodating. In the past 20 years I have had lots of animals and have raised 3 children on these carpets. When my friend walked into my home she said the carpets looked great! The wood looks great as well.

Comment: The tech did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. We only needed one room cleaned,and we wish Dalworth offered a more economical price for a 1-room job. Many homes now have wood floors, as we do, with the exception of maybe a bedroom. We had no other option than to pay the price of cleaning 3 rooms. We've been relaying on Dalworth for many years and appreciate the excellent job they do. I think if Dalworth ever offered a "1-room cleaning" at a more economical price, this would be a very popular choice and a win-win for Dalworth and consumers. :)

Comment: 1/8: My problem has never been the quality of the service, the fact that techs are amazing at getting the spots out of the carpet and superior result that I get. My problem is pricing. 3 rooms for $99 is a reasonable price. However, CSR insisted on charging $20 more because our den is "oversized". It is not oversized AND 30 - 40% of the floor space is covered by large furniture pieces. I think I should have gotten the $99 price, because the dining room is also 25% covered by furniture and the bedroom is 30% covered by furniture. somewhere along the line I should have been able to take advantage of the $99 deal and not have to pay the upcharge. I think that was grossly unfair. My advice to my friends would be to be very carefully of these unwarranted upcharges.

Comment: Technician was late due to prior client adding to her order but the office called to let me know. That was very appreciated! Also when I called to get an appointment the young lady I spoke to was very helpful to get me in on that Monday. We had been doing construction in the kitchen I had not been able to use my kitchen for over two weeks I was getting anxious! Again very helpful! Thank you!!
