Comment: Dylan was our Technician and he was super friendly! He explained everything he was going to do, looked over all the rooms before he began to answer any questions I had. Once he completed the job he had me come and look at everything to see if I was satisfied. I was amazed at some of the spots he was able to get out of my carpet they look amazing??Thanks Dylan!!!

Comment: I had my hardwood floors refinished. Joey and Kermit were the technicians and they did their job well. We had challenges with part of the service in that the initial tech, Chris, had said that we wouldn't need a sealer. Kermit explained that the sealer would be a protector and would enhance the floors. There was a challenge with the pricing of that sealer and Kermit worked very hard to get it resolved. I appreciate that very much as I was going through a personal crisis with a death in the family. I would suggest that the sealer be made part of the overall process to eliminate this challenge in the future. My floors would have been unacceptable without it and I am glad that Kermit brought it to my attention. As far as workmanship, Joey and Kermit went above and beyond the expectations. I regret that we had a challenge, but it does not take away from the fact that the job was well done. If needed, I would do it again. I would appreciate your letting Kermit and Joey know. Thank you. Comment: I was disappointed that he couldn’t get more of the dark out of the carpet along the base boards. That was one thing that caught my eye when I was looking at the web site is that the edges and floor boards would be cleaned.

Comment: The information the technician provided helped us realize we had a leak so we hired someone to find it and he was right. We had a leak in our master shower. I appreciate his honesty! Great job on the duct cleaning and super kind!

Comment: The customer service rep ( Shoona Sade ) was very knowledgeable , courteous, and professional . She was the main reason I decided on using Dalworth over your completion. ALSO : the carpet technician ( Anthony Konko) was professional , and did a thorough job , in doing all the work that was agreed upon . The cleaning results were very acceptable.

Comment: Cullen was a great service tech with a wealth of helpful knowledge on keeping pet stains under control. He gave in sight and advice on keeping our carpets clean. Seriously considering having another full treatment in a few months. Cullen did an awesome job and we are very happy with the results of our carpet cleaning. ??
