Comment: I was disappointed with the add-on services. When I was asked about adding things like deodorizer and sealant, etc, I didn’t realize that the add-one would only last a day. I would not have paid the extra money and I feel cheated.

Comment: I thought the $108 price to clean an area rug was high, but this is the first time I have had an area rug professionally cleaned. When you compare it to getting 3 rooms cleaned for $99 or $108, it seems high. However, I am pleased with the in home service the technician provided and the rug looks clean and fresh.

I had them come out today for duct cleaning in Bedford. I suspect this team was a subcontractor as the arrived in an unmarked van. The service was great! The technicians were professional, courteous and meticulous about not damaging or getting dust on anything by laying out plenty of plastic drop clothes. Before leaning a ladder up against the wall they were careful to take the time to go out to the van and get a towel to wrap the ends to not smudge the wall. Based on the dust clouds I was seeing generated in the return vents as they worked it was obvious the cleaning was effective. They explained everything they were doing and left me with no questions. I was glad to finally have our systems cleaned.

Comment: Bobby was by far the best technician I have ever had the experience to work with. Bobby was thorough and very efficient. He pointed out areas of concern using his high tech light to validate his recommendations. Bobby was friendly and courteous. Some techs talk too much but Bobby had the perfect combination of hard work while balancing the personal conversation and keeping it to a minimum making me feel very at ease with the service provided. I have worked in Insurance housing/corporate housing for almost 20 years and have worked side by side with some of Dalworth's restoration and remediation teams. Bobby is a level above anyone I have every worked with. Bobby is a valuable asset for Dalworth and is a phenomenal tech! Rest assure when I need service again I will be putting in a special request for Bobby and would even adjust my schedule to make sure he was my technician in the future. - Please tell him I am truly appreciative and grateful for all the hard work he did at my home last Friday.
