Comment: There was no circulation of air in my home because I had to keep the rooms closed to keep the dog out. No errors made by your service person . Allen was professional , polite and did a good job of cleaning an extremely dirty carpet/ I would ask for him the next time I call for service.

Comment: My service technician was Mike. He did an excellent job with cleaning all of the carpets in my home. He completed the job by himself, and made sure to place all of the furniture that he cleaned around, on styrofoam blocks, so that the carpet would dry without leaving furniture leg marks on it. The carpets looked amazing when he was finished. I would highly recommend Dalworth Carpet Cleaning Company to any and everyone of my friends and family. Carole Z.

Comment: Hulen was really a refreshing change for a service contractor. I really thought he was in sales. I never felt pressured. I started online and then I called into discuss additional specials available, the service representative (Alex) was very informative about services available I never would have thought of- I thought the best deal was the cleaning of my area rugs, Hulen did such a great job I wish I had my other two cleaned. My hardwood looked new and my tile also looked good. I appreciated Hulen's assistance with floor cleaning experience, what to do and what not to do- They looked so goo I almost didn't let the family in when they cam home-Thank you! What I really liked as I am in sales myself, is that HUlen said I will treat your floors as if this is my house.

Comment: I would highly recommend Chris to do a job for any family or friends. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and hard working. He went above and beyond and knew his job extremely well. Comment: I forgot the young lady name who booked the appointment , She was very friendly and very professional, I remember calling her old school, What I mean by that is ( Do What You Say! Say What You Mean And Treat Like There Your First customer! First Impressions Matters.} The Technician more than made up for being late! It happens the traffic was bad we understand ??, The Technician did an Excellent Job ??. I would use him again most Definitely. Comment: It kind of threw me when he showed up in a van that had absolutely no markings on it whatsoever, but when he came to the door he was dressed in the Dalworth uniform. The service was absolutely excellent!

Comment: I did have a problem with your company's policy that a customer must pay for the entire service if leaving the house. I had to run a few errands. I was totally offended. I even called the office and they said yes, the bill must be paid in full. As a retired school teacher and longtime resident of Arlington, I didn't like the idea of a company as large as Dalworth treating their customers as such. I'm sure I did not look like a criminal. Just food for thought. Betsey Starns
