Comment: I was surprised that several stains were not lifted from the carpet and would have expected that to be possible. I wonder if the spot treatment did not sit long enough?

Comment: Harold always does a great job; explains what he will do; how I can treat similar spots in future, and reminds me multiple times to "Please be careful, it is damp and tile by carpet will be slick." While never fun to have to clean carpets, Harold always makes it a pleasant experience. I will not hesitate to have him back out next time I need a cleaning.

Comment: I spoke with two phone representatives. And they quoted me different prices so I do not believe that I got the best price. It seemed high compared to other times when I had Dalworth clean our carpets. Dalworth ran specials and I asked about those and they were still high. The service technician did a quality job on our carpets. And we are very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend Dalworth to family and friends. The service technician was very professional and very courteous. Thank you.

Comment: During carpet cleaning decided to have kitchen tile and grout cleaned too. Tile is great but grout dried spotty with some areas a significantly different color/shade. Cleaner said this could happen but still somewhat disappointing. I will have to try to get it clean or at least the same color. John
