Comment: Aaron S. our tech. had come to our house before, I was very pleased that we had the same person. He is professional, knows what he is doing, and offers explanations if asked questions. He does excellent work and always pleasant . I will always request Aaron in the future for our carpet cleaning and stretching as needed! You can tell he cares about what he is doing..

Comment: Jaimie was amazing. He was extremely efficient and most important he helped to make sure our 13 year old quirky cat did not get outside. We are very pleased with his efficiency and will surely use Dalworth again. Carpet was treated for pet odor especially in one particular room. Merry Christmas!

Comment: I was not happy with how the service turned out and I will be calling back in for the re-work. My carpet smelled for days and the pet stains did not really come out. I believe the technician tried, but I was unhappy with the results. I found not reason to give him a bad survey.

I really appreciated Chris' expertise and he did a great job cleaning our brick floor. He went above and beyond.

I request Monte. He is able to get out horrible pet stains, I will not use another company.

Comment: I couldn’t say enough good things about your company and your employees. Polly H was friendly courteous and down to earth. Carlos was friendly, efficient and a good representative for your company. The carpets dried with 4 hours and job well done considering our carpet is 14 years old! I was quoted one price per my contract but I received an email from your company for after Thanksgiving special but Carlos was already here but Polly did ask her Supv and she approved of $50 gift certificate for next cleaning. Comment: I had 2 services (vents and carpet) that both technician were very polite, hardworking and competent. Ruben did the duct cleaning. and am not sure of the carpet cleaner. He introduced himself I have forgotten, but the name on the copy is perhaps Germy Jr.
