Comment: Raul and KT did a good job. However, I don't know if the entire pieces of furniture were cleaned, or just the fronts. I did appreciate them being on time and not getting upset when I identified areas that hadn't gotten cleaned. I don't think a person should pay and additional price for special chemicals to clean furniture. Truly, how much more costly are the special chemicals than the regular chemicals. I'm not sure if I got a $565, after tax, value for this service. However, I am thankful for clean carpets. Going forward, I will not have my furniture cleaned, but just the carpets. Note: Raul and KT did a very nice job, so this has nothing to do with them.

Comment: All your staff from start to finish of process were very nice. The 2 technicians came into the Garcia home treated the place as if it were their own home. They were cheerful and explained everything. I never thought it would be such a long process to clean the ducts. The Garcia''s are 2 retired vets, he is 89 (army) and she is 76 (air force). I have never seen her open up to and talk to 2 strangers like she did your techs. They were very happy. Must be the season. Thank you Deborah Nix caregiver

Comment: After a water damage repair that required replacing our wood floors, our house seemed like every surface was covered in ash. It was everywhere - and my asthma was really bad because of it. We decided to do the Dust Down because of all the dust throughout the house - our insurance didn't cover any of it but we were glad we had it done. Everything is sparkling clean - light fixtures, moldings, cabinet facings, you name it! They were a life saver!
