Comment: The extended drying time was primarily on areas that need extra cleaning such as stains and high traffic areas. Most of the carpet was dry in about 8 hours.

Comment: I was grateful for the service you offered that basically was a spot cleaning, which is exactly what I needed after my pet had several accidents. I had several rooms cleaned the middle of October and did not want to have to pay for the complete room cleaning a second time. The technician, Anthony worked very diligently to sanitize the areas thoroughly so that the spots were completely removed.
