Comment: Although the job was done in an exceptional manner, I am not sure that I received the discounts represented to me over the phone since the price changed significantly - due in part to adding the sealer which is fine.

When I called to make an appointment I was given a specific quote with an email followup plus a reminder the day before the cleaning. Carlos showed up right on time and got with it and was done in under 1 1/2 hours. Treated some spots and high traffic areas at no additional charge as well as free deodorizing. The Econo special was just right for what we needed, so we are well pleased with the entire process and cost which was the exact amount quoted. No attempt was made to up sell us on any additional services which was very appreciated. Description of Work: Had the carpet on the stairs and two rooms cleaned.

Comment: 3 days after the service and now 6 days, there was supposed to have been a pet deodorizer used and the one bedroom where our dog slept still smells like dog.

Comment: Phone rep said cost for 3 rooms + hall was $175. I negotiated. Stanley Steamer quoted $135.on line. Think they had a discount on that. She said it would be $50 discount for $150. I said "No, $125" Fixed it. Started with appt 11 days away. I said "No". Then she chanced it to today btw 2-4 pm. Dispatcher then called at noon and said technician was on the way. Quote the competitive price to get the customers and you will get people back easier. Technician was excellent. Did a really good job. Explained what we wanted to know.
