Comment: My technition, Kris, was fabulous. I will have to have someone come back out because I still have a couple very light stains that didn't get removed. I bought my carpet through Dalworth (and it was an upgrade) and ZeroRez always gets it looking brand new. These stains were from water being spilled and not blotted up completely, so that dirt was attracted to the spot. It wasn't red wine or anything that would cause a permanent stain.

Comment: The only complaint I have is that after the technician (Pat) left I noticed some superficial scratches still remained in the foyer. I was surprised that he did not point them out to me & explain why they couldn’t be removed on the hardwood floors (unless he didn’t notice them) I tried calling with the number I have on his card but evidently that number is incorrect. Thank you.

One of my houses that I manage has linoleum flooring in the kitchen and it had soooo much wax build up on it to the point it looked really really dirty. The Dalworth Tech came out and made it sparkle and shine. Didn't believe it would look that way again. It is now Dalworth Clean!! Thank you Dalworth!! We will be calling you again.
