Comment: Technician was very professional and helpful. We may have to get you back to retreat the pet problem room as there is still odor. He tried the ion treatment and it helped alot but still strong urine smell.

Comment: Called on Sat morning and asked for same day service. The rep gave me a time and asked if that was acceptable. (which it was) They called and said the tech was on his way and he did a very nice job. The price was inline with other cleaning businesses, but the other businesses either couldn't do Sat or didn't answer at all. I would definitely recommend this service to others. Nice clean cut serviceman as well.

Comment: Jaime was awesome!!!!! Sadly my nursery still smells a little of pet but that’s not Jaime’s fault. If I had this done again, I would ask specifically for Jaime because he was so nice and great.

Comment: Carpet didn’t get as clean as I had hoped. The technician told me my carpet was permanently stained and that is the best he could do. I felt like he could have gone over the traffic areas one more time. He was very professional and courteous but I was a bit disappointed with the outcome.

Comment: I think the man that came out loved his job. My carpet was heavily stained and every spot came out it looks great! He was also such a pleasure to have around.
