Comment: Tech was great but drying time was much longer than I was told. The very long drying time I think is going to be a problem as I think it will cause odors!

Comment: Additional drying time was likely due to the low temperatures and rain outside. Anthony was polite, courteous, and extremely thorough. His hard work is much appreciated. My husband even commented about the great job when he got home. A significant improvement over our previous service provider.

Comment: He is higher than excellent. I will use Dalworth again and have recommended Dalworth to people already. The carpets took longer to dry because of the rain and humidity.

Monty worked extra hard to help with our pet stains. Monty was very thorough about pricing and the detail of what he needed to do to help get our rugs and carpet to where we expected. He also was honest that our rug really needed to go to the rug warehouse for a more in-depth cleaning. I would ask for Monty again. Honest and quality service.
