Comment: You all are great! Your quick response to needing same-day cleaning and professional, cheerful attitude from every person I interacted with made it a great experience. Unfortunately, the carpet at our new house did not end up looking clean. Since I was not at the house, I don't know if the technician got a lot of dirt out of the carpet it not. But the discoloration from the previous offer is still significant. Id like to speak with Adam again to see if he thinks a second attempt at cleaning might be worthwhile. Again, everyone at Dalworth has been wonderful and we will use them again in the future. PS - since I was not at the house I didn't meet the technician... But I'm sure his appearance was "excellent". Ha ha!

Comment: Our tech Julio was fantastic. On time, professional and did a fantastic job on our couch and rug. I had issues with the scheduling group. Courtney did not return two of my phone calls prior to our original scheduled date/time. The manager and dispatch teams worked with me to rectify after Courtney dropped the ball. Otherwise, I would have given higher score.

Comment: Our carpets are 10 yeas old and had not been cleaned but we have minimum traffic. While I feel they are clean...they don't necessarily look as clean as I would have hoped. The technician did take the time to explain that he couldn't get the ground in dirt off the backing...just the carpet fibers. Also, had 2 wool area rugs cleaned. One is dark so no spots show up. The other one had dirt spots around the perimeter where we sit the most and none of those came out. This rug is 6 years old...but I would have thought it would have come out looking cleaner. So a little disappointed in the results. Both do smell better so we have that to be thankful for.

Comment: A fine man named Harold has been our technician for many years. He IS the reason we continue to use Dalworth. You could not find a man who is a better representative for your company, nor could we find a better man to solve our problems. He is a first rate problem solver. Yesterday he cleaned the carpets with his typical care and he honed and polished our marble kitchen counters. The counters came out beautifully. We used your service about 17 years ago for counters and it was done very well by a married couple that came, who Were gone by the time we needed the counters done again. Off and on over the years we have had others do the work and it was not satisfactory. Harold did it yesterday and we have NEW counters thanks to him. I checked great bargain in rating the pricing because Harold is the technician and he gives service that underscores that rating. If all technicians followed Harol’s example and work ethic, Dalworth would put the other companies out of business. I would like this message to be forwarded to appropriate people in your company’s administration. I have referred others to Dalworth based on Harold doing their work. Thank you. Linda Beach

Comment: I have issues with condensation and created an odor. The vent cleaning seemed to work or lessen the smell but 2 days later here and the rain storm tonight has that moldy smell really strong in the house and I will want to request a return to check that the $250 dollar application to the air-conditioner actually worked. The representative and the service guys were all great. Craig

I have used Richard Hearn at Dalworth Clean several times to clean the wall to wall carpet in my home and for my Tibetan rugs. He has done a great job of cleaning them and is both personable and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

Brian did an excellent job! Great service and attention to detail. I will request him next time for sure.
