Comment: technician didn't show up until an hour after scheduled time. I drive from richardson with two babies so my time is vital, if it were not for me texting the rep they would've never communicated to me they were going to be late.

Comment: I called in needing carpet stretching. I explained my situation to the phone rep Polly. There were no openings close in date but Polly kept working and pushing. The representative showed up an hour later and the service was done. He was super professional and did great work.

Very knowledgeable, friendly and did excellent work bringing our carpets back to life.

Comment: The young woman on the phone was so friendly, patient and sweet. She made every effort to help me get as much service as possible for the best price. The men that came to our house were clean cut, professional and very polite. They explained everything about what they were doing, and offered me some additional service - but did not pressure me. They worked quickly and were careful not to make a mess on any of the surfaces such as the tile in the kitchen floor where they had to pull the hoses through into the house. They charged me exactly what the phone representative quoted. The work was very good. The chair they worked on looks brand new, the carpets look terrific, and it was a pleasant experience. The only thing I would recommend to your company would be to issue the contractors some sort of an identification badge from Dalworth because their van does not have the Dalworth name on it. In today's environment, customers are more leery about unidentified people coming into their homes. This suggestion has nothing to do with the men who came to our home yesterday. This is a general management suggestion that could add an additional comfort level for all of your customers going forward. Overall, I would give our experience with Dalworth a grade of 100. Comment: The technician, Vinny was knowledgeable and patient. Vinny took time to explain the condition of the carpet and what he expected the carpet to look like after he completed the cleaning. He also did a good job explaining how each of the treatments would help preservation and future cleaning. I am very pleased with my customer experience.

Outstanding. Called dispatch at 7 a.m. and Dawn was outstandingly helpful. She managed to get us squeezed in for that morning and then when Alphonse the technician came out here he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Dalworth.

Just one large room and a hall, but good price/value and the tech was very professional, skilled and knowledgable. They called ahead to see if an earlier time worked for us which was very welcome.

Loved Monty! He showed up on time, was funny and personable, and the results far exceeded my expectations.
