Comment: The price was a fair and equitable price. Marcus was friendly, professional, efficient and seemed very knowledgeable. He did a great job. I spoke on the phone once with Polly and once with Cassandra and both were friendly and professional.Robert Loverign came out for the initial walk through and quote as our house is very large. He was friendly and professional. I appreciated everyone. We did not get pet odor or carpet protectant

Comment: Cullen Risto was really great. Polite and nice. Explained everything that he was going to do. Did a great job on my carpet. Comment: I live on the 7th floor so there was a bit of confusion the day of my appointment. There should be a place when ordering online that you can choose if you need the portable cleaner.

Comment: Carpets had'nt been cleaned in 2/3 years so were pretty soiled and spotted in places. The dining room carpet looked and felt more like new due to lack of use except for spills from food. The den carpet was more soiled because of high use and pet stains, but it turned out better than I thought it would. It's good to have clean carpets again. Thank you.

This was the best experience! From making the appointment with Dawn to the actual work done by Glenn, it was great. Glenn is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He is professional and friendly, and a huge asset to your staff.

Comment: Cullen Risto was my technician. He did a fine job except he skipped the small 1/2 bathroom off the front entryway. I had shown all the rooms to him initially and assumed he did them all, but this one was missed.
