Comment: Only one technician at the job. Customer was required to move furniture. Some furniture not moved and just “spot” cleaned around the larger pieces of furniture. Good job on service performed.

Comment: Carlos arrived early, which was very nice. He was very friendly and did an excellent job on my carpets. There was some confusion on the pricing that i thought i had asked for. I probably misunderstood but Carlos took care of it and i paid the different price. My carpets look and smell great.

Comment: My only complaint is the smell from the anti-microbial/anti-allergen spray that was used. Both the phone rep and the technicians said the smell would dissipate after an hour or so. As of this morning, the smell is still intense and a bit overwhelming.

Comment: I'm not sure about the drying time. We let the room sit empty with fans for 24 hours. The tech did not recommend that long, but we were not in a hurry to get the furniture back in the room. He did a very good job on the carpet repair.

I know the reviews said their carpets looked new after the cleaning...in my case..positively true! My carpets are 11 years old and have never been cleaned...Wow! New carpets again and a great clean smell! Brian Marshall knows what he is doing and doing it very well! He is very eager to please his clients! He is the only person I will call for carpet cleaning and will be the one I recommend to family and friends! Thanks Brian!! Deborah Leggett

Comment: The carpet was so stiff I called back the next day and had Collin to come back out. Collin did a great job. I would refer Collin or Monty but not Mike because the carpet was so wet and very stiff. Next time send Monty Danley

Comment: We didn't go upstairs while the carpet was damp- I have no idea how long it took to dry. It looks better than I have ever seen it Very pleased. Smells good. No spots. For months, 3 toddlers and a mom lived up there followed by two more toddlers and a father--this is just wonderful for a white carpet. GREAT JOB!!!!!! Thank you so much.
