Comment: i should have been told that this would be a Subcontractor. The truck had no identifying information and neither did the workers, other than a Dalworth invoice. I almost cancelled because I had no way of knowing if they were legitimate.

Comment: Most of the carpet areas dried in only 2 hours or so. The place that took much longer was the stair landing where the pet odor treatment was done. Makes sense that it would take longer. As far as the price is concerned, it is hard to answer. I could have gotten my carpets cleaned cheaper, but I don't want those people around. The best value is not the lowest price almost every time. I feel I got great VALUE.

Comment: I just wanna to say the my carpet looks better until it dry and I saw this big stain pop up I think he Didn’t scrub hard enough I pay 89 dollars. Well actually was 100 because he didn’t have any change and to see the stain. But thank you anyways.

Comment: Robert did a FANTASTIC JOB!! He was called in the same day with little notice to help on my last minute service call. Upon arrival he was happy and incredibly helpful. The carpet areas and tile looked BRAND NEW after he worked on them. He took such time and care to make sure everything was perfect. My family and I will definitely request him in the future!!! He saved the day! :)

Comment: My daughters room had very bad urine stains and Vinny was able to get it all resolved!! I can even smell the carpet and it’s all gone not just covered up. He did the controlled flood process. It worked!

Comment: We did not come back to the house until the next day to move furniture back into the rooms so I cannot answer the question regarding drying time. They were dry when we needed them to be the next day.
