Comment: The technician did his job but the stains on the matress remains as if nothing happened. Not sure if the products used are not strong enough. Not fault on the technician.

Comment: The technician was great. These comments are by no means a reflection on him. The issue is your equipment/chemicals doesn’t seem to have the ability to remove tough stains. I have used your competitors in the past and they are able to remove these same tough stains. Overall disappointed in the outcome Plus $500 to clean a brown rug (not oriental) is high but I have no choice (we are moving) and y’all pick it up tomorrow.

Comment: The technician Vimmy was WONDERFUL. Very pleasant and professional. I had upholstery to clean primarily and one rug. The rug price was good value/appropriate. The recliner chair price was appropriate. The cost for my dining chairs which is seat cushion only I felt was slightly high. I also felt the Protective coating charge was high - for furniture and rug. I did pay for it, but feel if I need it done again I will likely price shop more. I was in a rush to get it done, so I paid.

Comment: The rep was personable, courteous and professional. He was very neat in appearance and was extremely customer service oriented. The rep's name was Vinny Guedes. He is a very good representative for your company. I am having a second house done on May 31st and called today to ask if he could do that house as well. I was told it was too late because everything is already scheduled, I hope the next tech is just as good.
