Monty did a very nice job with the carpet in 2 bedrooms and a study. He was careful to show me the contrast of the work he had done and what had not yet been cleaned. I was pleased with his service.

Comment: MAJOR PROBLEM--I told the telephone order-taker that I (the property owner) did not live in the house and consequently the service tech should call me about half an hour before his estimated arrive so that I could get to the house. The order-taker said that she would take care of it and calling before arrival was something that was frequently done. However, that request was not conveyed to the service tech. I was called after he arrived at the property and he lost about half an hour waiting for me to get there.

Comment: I ordered carpet repair service and gave details of what needed to be done online. When I received the confirmation call, I was told that the technician would need to look at the repair in order to quote a price. When the technician arrived, he said that I would have to provide the tack strip that was needed. I was not told that prior or I would have been happy to have ready when the technician arrived. Very disappointed.
