Comment: The representative that cleaned my carpets was Harold. Don't know his helpers name but they were wonderful. My carpets look great. Harold managed to get out some tough stains and was very informative on how to treat the carpet when my dog gets it dirty. I appreciated the input. They were very professional and courteous.

Comment: I have no way of comparing prices. I have never had the necessity to call for a cleanup. My carpet in two rooms was in a terrible state by one of my dogs. I am very pleased with the cleaning, the service people and will certainly call Dalworth again.

Comment: This was vinyl tile cleaning, not carpets. The tech was a little chatty -- kept talking to me from the rooms where he was working while I was on my computer in a near-by room. He did a great job on the floors! Your price was substantially higher than what I paid another person last year for a similar service, and also cost more than cleaning the carpets.

Comment: He did an excellent job quickly and efficiently. I neglected to point out a spot where my dog lays in our master bedroom. This is no fault of his but I should have pointed it out for extra treatment.

Comment: I am always very pleased with your quality service for carpet cleaning. Your technician even got out some shoe polish spots I was not sure could be cleaned! The carpets look great, the citrus smell is lingering but not unpleasant. It was a humid day, but the carpets dried pretty quickly. This is why I call Dalworth whenever I need carpets clean. I was sorry the technician did not have the equipment to clean our kitchen/laundry room vinyl tile floors -- needed one of the big round brushes and he did not have that equipment. (Similar to what they use in school classrooms a couple times a year.)
