Comment: We were very happy with the results of the cleaning. Our carpets were originally white with brown/ reddish flecks. It was very dirty and dingy and we didn’t expect the results to be nearly as good as they were. The techs definitely exceeded our expectations.

Comment: Both Kermit Zachary and Scottie were extremely nice, professional, informative, and answered all of my questions. They were quick, and my kitchen floors and grout look absolutely awesome - 99% brand new. With three black labs, my floors have really taken a beating and they now look great. Comment: Its been a long time since I had any carpet cleaned. The pre treat deodorizer odor did not last long at all, the smell from the damp carpet is still very strong today even after the carpet is completely dry, I assume this smell will go away ??
