Comment: Jose was very competent and helpful in explaining how the carpets would be stretched and looking at additional rooms for me. He came EARLY (but I was notified) and completed the job same day. When I have additional rooms done, I hope that Jose will be the one who handles it - he is very professional. This was my first time to use Dalworth.

Comment: Mike and Vince came by about a month ago to look at my wood floors to see what they could do with them. I scheduled the work and they came right on time....great communication by the phone representative and day of service person. Mike and Vince were so nice and put my mind at ease about the work they were going to do. Very hard workers and I would definitely recommend Mike and Vince (and Dalworth) to my neighbors and friends. Give those guys a raise!

Comment: I found Eric to be outstandingly competent and helpful. I would use Dalworth again and request him. I have no idea if the price was fair and when i called the service department to discuss the method of cleaning etc. I found them unhelpful.
