Comment: Eddie was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated his discussion with me about different possibilities for treatment. We have had pet odor issues. I've waited to write my report because I wanted to be sure the carpets were dry. Initially the odor was better but not what I had hoped and the smell the cleaning left behind didn't smell quite right either. Now that the carpet and area rugs are completely dried I find no remaining pet odor at all. I would recommend Dalworth to anyone.

Comment: The service tech Aaron was courteous and very professional. He really knew how to treat stains and cleaned several rooms efficiently. I had some carpet that had pulled away from the walls and he had the tools on his truck to stretch the carpet and fix it. That was a great timesaver as I didn't have to schedule another appointment. I highly reccomend Dalworth and the service tech Aaron to handle any carpet needs one might have. CF Plano
