Comment: If you are in the business of cleaning carpets, I don't understand why you have to pay $30 more per room to get the agitation clean in addition to the water extraction. Do you want clean carpets or just rinsed carpets?

Comment: Bobby G, the service technician, was friendly and professional. He asked me not to move the furniture, let him do it. He was very nice to my dog and elderly mother. I would definitely use Dalworth again, if I knew I was getting a service technician like him.

Comment: Roger was great. The carpet areas he clean are very old and need replacing. We needed the pet treatment because twice in the past 6 months, our dogs decided to do their business in the front room and I just couldn't get rid of the smell. I was planning to get new carpet but wasn't quite ready. The pet treatment worked! Now, I have at least another 6 months to save up for some new carpeting. Thank you!!!
