Comment: Though I considered it very high they did come out promptly after I had an accidental spill on the love seat. My fabric was a blend and the tech said it cost more than what they told me on the phone by quite a bit.

Comment: I thought the price for each carpeted room was good, but the tile cleaning was high. However, Dwayne and Adam were very polite, very helpful in getting out spots on our very old carpet, and did an amazing job on our very old kitchen tile.

Comment: The men that came were excellent in friendliness, and knowledgeable, and superior workers, however, a corner brick of my fireplace was broken off. I should have been made of aware of that, not to find after they left. That being said maybe they didn't know they had broken it off.

Comment: I want to express my complete satisfaction- although the first technician, Vinny, had an issue with the equipment and could not do the job he was polite, and apologetic for the issues. Jay came to his rescue just about 30 min after he left and he was also very polite, knowledgeable and did an awesome job cleaning our stairs, living room and master bedroom. He evaluated our kitchen tiles to ensure he would clean them properly. I will use Dalworth services again and will definitely request Jay. I will also be sure to recommend you to our friends and colleagues.
