Comment: Your technician, Aaron S, was a true professional. He was on-time, he walked through my house with me and listened to my concerns, and addressed all my questions. He explained exactly what he was going to do. You should also know he explained all the services you offer to me as if he really cared that I knew they were available, and not because he was forced to recite them. To be honest, this is one of the few instances I can remember when I was pleased to be informed of additional services. His work was impeccable and his attitude was too. You are lucky to have him as your employee.

Comment: I was a little disappointed that after the carpet dried the spots were showing a lot. I guess they came up from the under side and I guess there is nothing further that can be done.

Comment: This was a cleaning in a commercial building. The Technician was considerate of our ability to work around the cleaning process, and he was very thorough without a need for a lot of direction. They cleaned all of our chairs in the office and returned them to their original location. The carpets look new again! Thanks, we should have done this sooner.

Comment: Jaime worked very hard to remove red wine stains from carpet. While still wet, the carpet looked great. Unfortunately, after it dried, the stains are still there. Can't blame Jaime, blame the red wine.
