Comment: I received an email declaring there were still dates available BEFORE Thanksgiving, if I action was taken then. I decided I wanted to do that. I rated the online order service as "poor" because it somehow changed the date I requested. I requested Tuesday, November 21, but it scheduled for Tuesday, November 28. (There was a cheaper price available on Monday, November 27 and if I wanted your services AFTER Thanksgiving, I would have definitely selected that date.) Granted, I failed to notice the scheduled date in my confirmation email, until I called to find out when they were coming. I so appreciated that "Jenny" was EXTREMELY UNDERSTANDING, NICE AND HELPFUL in finding someone who could come on Wednesday morning. "Bobby" came, on time, and couldn't have been more accommodating and professional. You also discounted my bill and provided a free enzyme treatment, for my inconvenience. WOW!!! THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will call Jenny again to schedule Bobby, every time!!! THANK YOU, ALL, SO MUCH! (PS. Please fix that bug with online scheduling!)

Comment: The tech was great, but I am DISAPPOINTED with Dalworth.. As always, I paid for the service that was supposed to INCLUDE the techs moving my furniture. In the past there have always been 2 techs to move these items. Dalworth sent just ONE tech which forced me to move all of my own items after I payed for this extra service..

Comment: It was a pleasant experience; from the woman I booked with to the 2 technicians who did the job. Only issue was the techs left the A/C running and it never shut off. I had to google how to reset the system because you guys were going to charge me to have your certified HVAC people come out. That part wasn’t good business. Anyway, I will refer your company because I appreciate the way I was handled. I may have to get you to come back out as I’m seeing some of the same dust accumulate just as it did prior to your coming. Good thing it’s all guaranteed. You guys rock!’n
