Comment: Our service technician was a very nice young man and we were very pleased with him. Unfortunately after the grout dried it didn't seem much cleaner than it was prior to the service. I don't think this was the technicians fault. I just wonder if there was something else that could have been done to whiten the grout up more.

Comment: Chris Leitner was my carpet tech. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He explained the processes he used, and left my 28 year old carpets looking like they are brand new! Chris also listened as I explained the foot traffic in my home, and made recommendations for best treating techniques by area. He told me how to spot clean small spills in the future. He even disconnected my outside hose, wound it for storage in my garage, and placed the cold weather insulator over the faucet when he finished! Great representative for Dalworth and great customer service!!!

Comment: It did not appear the stairs had been vacuumed well as there was loose debris on the stairs after the technician left. The carpets were well cleaned and smelled fresh. One stain remained after the enzyme treatment which may have been unavoidable. Pleased with the service.

Comment: Our appointment with a technician was scheduled between 1 - 3 pm. Alberto, the Dalworth carpet technician, arrived promptly at 2:00 pm. Very courteous, personable and professional he sprayed all our carpets with a spot remover, then went directly to work in cleaning our 4 carpet areas. Our carpets looked like new! We did notice that once our living room carpet was beginning to dry, there was a large dirt spot where my husband sits that came back. I called the office and they scheduled for him to come back and try to get the dirt spot out. Thank you so much Alberto! Thank you so much Dalworth!
