Comment: I am very happy I used Dalworth services and will use them in the future. My one complaint is that when I called to schedule the two different types of services, my representative said it made no difference in the order that my services should be performed. I scheduled floor and furniture cleaning, and air vent cleaning. After the air vent cleaners came, it really seemed that the smartest order for cleaning was the air vent cleaning first but it was scheduled by the representative as second. Now that I've had the two services, I will use my "experienced knowledge" in my scheduling request. Thankfully, the air vent techs were very thorough in their explanation.

Comment: Carpet looks good. Technician was pleasant and helpful. One room has a "crease" in the carpet that I did not have before. Not sure what that is all about.

Comment: We are very pleased- the house smells clean! We love it and we love the videos! It was yucky up there. House is 25 years old and we moved in 10 years ago! We don't think it was ever cleaned. WE used another company in another house years ago and they didn't do as good as Dalworth .

Comment: Chelsea my phone rep was excellent!!!! Kermit cleaned my carpet 2 years ago and last year the tech wasn’t so great. I found my old paper work because I wanted Kermit back. He didn’t disappoint. You can tell that he cares about his work. He even gave tips for getting my red stains out. I hope he’s able to read this and he knows I really thank him. He makes the cost worth it.
