Comment: The drying time is my only complaint. It has always been too long in drying so not very convenient, when you can't put all your furniture back after 5-6 hours. It took two days for my carpets to completely feel dry to the touch.

Comment: The first technician that arrived , Scotty had to leave due to his equipment breaking. His truck was also letting a lot of exhaust fumes into our home. I was not happy!!!! The next technician, Brian Marshalll is who I am basing this survey on. Brian did an extremely thorough job of cleaning our sofa and rugs. He didn't think the previous service tech, Scotty had done a good job on our sofa so he did it over. I would call and request Brian next time. We are extremely happy with our clean sofa and rugs.

Comment: The coffee spill seemed to have been removed but when the carpet dried, some of the stain remained. Dalworth came out the following day and cleaned that area again and this time the stain was removed. No cost or complaint about returning...Dalworth wanted to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction, and it was. I had had no idea what a bad stain coffee can be (because of the oils in it). Don't spill coffee!

Comment: Mr. Randy Phillips was very professional, friendly, courteous and helpful he explain what he was going to do before he started cleaning my carpet, i’m quite sure i’ll be needed your service again, properly within the next four months, since Mr. Phillips did such a good job, I will be asking for him. Comment: I purchased the bargain package without drying fans and it rained that day and I’m not sure if the A/C was on strong enough the first day, so that why sting took awhile. But it eventually dried well and smelled good ??.

Comment: The service tech was wonderful. I was very happy when the technician left. I was in full agreement that the stains & odor were gone. However, I do still smell just a hint of diarrhea, today. I'm not sure what else can be done, if anything. But, if there is, I would be interested. Thanks.
