Comment: The technician was very professional and did an extremely good job going above what I expected. My only complaint is that scheduling tried to bump up mt Appt to an earlier time which I could not do, then called and said my technician would be there 15 min before my latest time, then called back 30 min before my latest stated the technician would be there on the hour of my latest time but actually arrived 20 min late.

Comment: Dawn calls me regularly to set up our next carpet cleaning and that is helping keep my carpets look as good as possible. Monte is the technician and does an amazing job of keeping my old carpet as new looking as possible. He is the best carpet cleaner we have experienced and hope he will keep coming back and taking care of us. Monte seems very knowledgeable and personable and well represents Dalworth.

Comment: Harold and Juan did a beautiful job, especially with a VERY dirty stair case and landing. Those got a "restoration cleaning" and it all looks like new now.

Comment: Reuben was on time for both appointments and executed his job fine. The only thing that I want to be sure is that the coils were completely cleaned on all 3 units. I did not see them after he cleaned. I watched them cleaning the ducts but the coils are what the air flows over and they must be clean to be efficient.
